With internet, choose Save as PDF (email back to FRE) or Create draft order in Shopify (FRE is notified by email and the inventory is reserved so it can't be oversold).
Without internet, the only option is Save as PDF.

Sync Inventory from Shopify pulls the latest stock and customer list. It's best to sync after your saved orders have been entered into Shopify, otherwise the inventory you see may be wrong and your local adjustments will be replaced.
